The Resistance T-Shirts

Lately I’ve been immersed in creating my The Resistance T-shirts, and one of the best things about it is the amazing ‘art therapy’ its given me amongst the horror of the Trump regime, what it means to Canada and the hurt it has caused.

For me, making something with a positive, progressive message has made a difference to how I feel and I love getting my views out there.

(That’s where the Craftivism Workshop idea came from! Experiencing the transformative power of making art with my hands, getting messy, expressing ideas with text and collage; colour and line.

I was really feeling down about the state of the world over the winter, but working on all this art and activism healed me and I wanted to provide that kind of fun therapeutic creative experience for others!

Art and Fashion Summer Camps for Kids -filling up fast!

I can’t believe the response for my wildly creative art and fashion summer camp!

I ran it last summer for the first time, and it sold out right away.

So I added an extra week this year, and all the spots are filling up fast.

We have a free and creative style of teaching, and encourage experimentation ~ just trying things and seeing how it works!

We also teach the basics and beyond, and introduce the young fashionistas to all kinds of new skills they can use for fashion, costumes, home decor, banners, art and more.
