Please try to book 2+ weeks in advance if you are hoping for a particular date like a birthday or anniversary. If you're flexible with the date, we can usually find a fit on short notice but the more time you give us, the better! Â

How long are private parties?
Standard is 3 hours. Extra time can be added for a fee.
What’s the maximum group size?
Up to 40 guests.
Can kids come?
Yes! Parties are fun for ages 6 and up.
Do you provide food and drinks?
Wine, beer, and non-alcoholic drinks are included. Snacks are provided. You can also bring your own catering or have us arrange food from local restaurants for an extra fee.
Can we bring our own decorations?
Yes — and if you want Kingi to theme your party, she’ll help bring your vision to life.
Do we get the whole space to ourselves?
Yes! Private parties mean exclusive use of the Paint-by-Number Palace.
